𝗧𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 8–10 years in HSE roles
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 2–4 years of hands-on experience in marine (mandatory)
𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗟𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹: Lead / Senior HSE with team leadership responsibilities
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• HSE planning, implementation, and site compliance
• Conducting risk assessments, audits, and inspections
• Leading HSE teams and coordinating with project stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with UAE and international HSE standards
