📢 WE ARE HIRING | HSE Officer – UAE.
Falcon Group of Companies is looking for a dedicated and proactive HSE Officer to join our team in the UAE and help maintain a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and site safety standards.
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.
Identify workplace hazards and recommend control measures.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness sessions.
Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company requirements.
Investigate incidents and maintain accurate HSE documentation.
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
2–5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably in construction, industrial, or oil and gas sectors.
NEBOSH or IOSH certification preferred.
Good knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and standards.
Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
