📢 HIRING: HSE OFFICERS – QATAR.

📍 Location: Mesaieed , Qatar
⏳ Duration: Long-term
👷 Container terminal experience is mandatory
⚡ Immediate joiners preferred
🇶🇦 Candidates must currently be based in Qatar
📝 FAT: will be provided
Key responsibilities
Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and controls during terminal operations.
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and HSE audits.
Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy requirements, local regulations, and applicable international HSE standards.
Support vessel operations, RTG movements, lifting activities, and hazardous cargo handling.
Monitor high-risk activities and Permit to Work (PTW) systems.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe acts; prepare reports and corrective actions.
Maintain HSE documentation, including JSAs, risk assessments, permits, inspection checklists, and training records.
Demonstrate knowledge of SCLAS, MARPOL, and the IMDG Code.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
NEBOSH IGC (mandatory) or an equivalent recognized HSE qualification.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in container terminal operations, including at least 3 years in a Safety Officer/HSE role.
Valid HSE certifications and supporting documents.
