HIRING : Safety Officer – QATAR

Responsibilities:
* Implement and monitor HSE plans on site in line with project requirements
* Prepare and review risk assessments, JHA/JSA, and suggest control measures
* Manage Permit to Work (PTW) process and site safety compliance
* Conduct safety inspections, audits, and emergency drills
* Support incident investigations and root cause analysis (RCA)
* Monitor contractor and workforce compliance with HSE procedures
* Maintain HSE records, reports, and documentation
* Ensure environmental compliance including waste management and hazardous materials handling
* Liaise with project team, clients, and emergency response teams
Requirements:
* Diploma/Engineering qualification with HSE experience in Oil & Gas or Automation projects
* Minimum 3–5 years’ HSE experience; NEBOSH IGC required, ISO 45001/14001 Lead Auditor preferred
* Basic knowledge of Electrical Safety
* Onshore/offshore work experience, familiar with Oil & Gas HSE requirements
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
* Fluent in English; additional languages (Hindi, Tamil) are an advantage
